Shipping Policy — E&Z Embroidery

Thanks so much for shopping small with us! Every order is stitched with love in our studio and made just for you.

Turnaround Time 

All personalized orders take up to 14 business days to create.  Shipping time is added on top of this.

Rush Embroidery

Rush embroidery is available on select products for $15 per item. Just choose the Rush option on the product page before adding to your cart! If we’re unable to complete your rush request, we’ll instantly refund your entire order. 

Shipping Info

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
• Most packages arrive within 1–7 business days after leaving our studio.

Friendly Reminders

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Addresses cannot be updated after checkout and we are not responsible if a package is shipped to the wrong location. 
• We aren’t responsible for carrier delays, lost/stolen packages, or packages marked “delivered", but are not actually delivered. 
• If your product requires design approval, production starts after approval is received. A delay in response will set your item production back.
