Thanks so much for your interest in custom embroidery! Below are some frequently asked questions that better explain the customization process.

Outside Item Policy

To keep things running smoothly, I don’t accept personal or outside items for embroidery.

Because machines aren’t perfect, there’s always a small risk of error—and if something goes wrong, I wouldn’t be able to replace your item. To avoid that stress for both of us, I only embroider on products I provide. I am happy to work with you to chat about what products you’re looking for and wholesale source them for you!

Logo Updates

I’m taking a break from new logo orders for 2025.  If we’ve worked together before, I’m still happily making merchandise for returning clients who already have a digitized logo on file with me. There will still be a 2 week turnaround time on in stock items, custom ordering of merchandise will increase the timeline.

Custom Embroidery Pieces—Sourced with Care

I handpick quality blanks from wholesale suppliers and turn them into unique pieces with a personal touch. Whether it’s an everyday moment or a special celebration, I love helping make it more fun and personal with customized designs made just for you!

To start, please submit a custom order request under my shop. A custom order submission does not guarantee an order. I’ll review the request and get back to you within a few business days. If I’m unable to fulfill your request, your fee will be refunded. 

Please plan as far as possible ahead of an event. The sourcing, design, waiting on items and time for embroidery can take up to 4 weeks.

Email is the best way to reach out to me! It’s
just me behind the scenes so while I aim to respond within 24 hours, at times the response time could be longer. I can be reached Monday through Friday during the day.

Turnaround Time

In stock items have a two week or less turnaround time. If you need an item sooner, please make sure to check the rush fee box upon checkout and specify your requested deadline. If I am unable to stitch out your item by your deadline, your purchase will be refunded.

Turnaround time is subject to change at any time due to order volume. You will be contacted if we're unable to meet your deadline!
